The 'Diva' is off...for now because Lea Michele is involved with the movie New Year's Eve and her character Rachel need to be absent in some episodes. Ryan Murphy who is writing the episodes where Rachel will be absent, which will occur between the months of February and March. "This way she can come and go and participate in the film", says Ryan Murphy. Gleeks, what do you think the absence of Lea Michele and how it will affect Glee?
